Owner
Mike Bretzel is the Owner of PPM Services of Florida, LCC and is a licensed real estate broker, who has specialized in the acquisition, management, improvement and disposition of multi-family, single-family and commercial real estate throughout Volusia County, Florida for over 30 years. He has a wealth of experience converting, renovating and improving multi-family residential properties in this market.
Property Manager
Kelsey Jolin came to PPM with an extensive background in commercial and residential property management, real estate and real estate development. She is a licensed Florida real estate sales agent, community association manager and RON Notary Public. Ms. Jolin works closely with the agencies in the area to offer housing opportunities throughout Volusia County to a variety of voucher holders. In her free time, she chooses to volunteer with Lasagna Love™ by preparing and delivering hot meals to local families, matching families with volunteers or planning larger charity events as a Local Leader.
