PPM has managed my property in Daytona for over 3 years now. They are a true full-service property management service. I live out of state and they make owning my property a breeze in my absence. Highly recommend if you are looking for a hands-off passive investment property.

Working with PPM Services of Florida has been a great experience. Kelsey is an exceptionally quick communicator who handles any questions or concerns immediately and with total professionalism. Having someone so responsive and reliable makes all the difference!

We’ve had a great experience with PPM over the past three years. Their team is always helpful, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend PPM to anyone looking for a reliable property management company!

Have used this company for several years. Property Management is a difficult business and I have used several. Definitely worth giving them a try.

Great property management company. Top notch communication and great resources to help property owners and Tenants. Highly recommended service

Been using PPM Services for many years. As an investor it’s critical to have a reliable property management company and especially one that sees things from an investor point of view. They manage several of our properties and very happy.

This company is great! They must have a 99% occupancy rate, because as soon as I sell the unit, they have it rented. They also communicate well with me, any problems are handled right away and most of the time they fix the items before I can even get involved. I would definitely refer them to a new landlord or tenant. They have a great team in the office too!

Kelsey, Mike and the team did an amazing job taking care of our headaches. From the moment we contracted with them to manage our 4 unit building they took over. No more tenant calls or dealing with collecting rents or dealing with repairs and contractors. They did it all!!! Probably the best service they offer is their skill in understanding market conditions and adjusting rents increasing the value of our investment. I can only highly recommend their services!

Excellent management company! Mike and Kelsey are very responsive in getting units filled and taking care of the properties! Always available! I highly recommend this team! 5 star all the way!
