Rental Property Maintenance & Repairs
Our in-house maintenance team provides reliable, cost-conscious maintenance and repair services for the properties we manage.
When specialized work is needed outside the scope of our team, we coordinate with proven and qualified vendors.
We do not add markups to vendor invoices, and any discounts we secure through our vendor relationships are passed directly to the property owner.
A 15% delivery fee applies to supplies purchased and delivered for repairs, as well as appliance purchases and deliveries. For ongoing projects, delivery fees are billed monthly.
