Maintenance
We offer discounted maintenance and material cost with our in-house maintenance team. If repairs are needed that are not covered by our maintenance team, we have proven and qualified vendors on call. Markups are never added to invoices, we pass along any and all discounts we have secured with our vendors to you!
+ There is a 15% Delivery Fee on supplies for repairs as well as appliance purchase and delivery billed monthly for ongoing projects.
