Kelsey Jolin brings extensive experience in residential and commercial property management, real estate, and property development to PPM Services of Florida. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate, Community Association Manager (CAM), and Remote Online Notary Public.

At PPM, Kelsey oversees daily property management operations and plays a central role in developing strategies that improve property performance and operational efficiency.
